Is online payment by card secure?

The site redirects to our partner, one of the leaders in secure payment in Europe. Payment is made on their site and implies that no banking information concerning you passes through the site. Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure by professionals

Your order will be registered upon acceptance of payment by the banking service. You can therefore pay online with confidence by entering the number, expiration date and security code of your bank card in the fields provided for this purpose.

It is definitely the safest, fastest and most reliable way to pay for your order. Your credit card details are encrypted using SSL3 (Secure Socket Layer) and are never transmitted unencrypted over the internet. Payment is made directly to the bank. has no access to these details, and has never stored them (not even to transfer them) on its servers.

In this way we leave the expertise and security to professionals, the only information we receive from is that which means whether the payment of an order has failed or succeeded. This information allows us to adapt the status of your order.

How is payment made by credit card?

After selecting the option of payment by credit card and after clicking on the option "Order", the customer is redirected to the Stripe payment platform, where the credit card data must be inserted, in particular credit card number, expiration date and security code. Finally, all you have to do is click on the “validate” button to validate the transaction.

If the payment is not accepted, an error message appears in the shopping cart window. In this case, it is recommended to try the operation again. If however the problem persists, we advise the customer to contact their bank or the entity that issued the credit card for more information.

Once payment is finalized, the amount will be debited from the customer's credit card account. If, for any reason, it becomes necessary to cancel all or part of the order, we will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 5 working days. The transaction will appear on the customer's credit card statement after 2 business days from the date the refund was made.

To protect our customers against the risk of potential fraud, we may request additional information to facilitate the evaluation of the payment. If we do not get a response within 3 business days, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

SOFORT banking is a payment method available in 8 European countries which is very popular in Germany. The method of payment is based on the principle of bank transfer. Unlike a normal transfer, the consumer only needs to verify the payment. Details like amount and beneficiary are already filled out. SOFORT then processes the payment. The advantage of this payment method is that it eliminates human error, which makes payment quick and easy.

4 steps

       For a consumer, a SOFORT payment consists of 4 steps:

1.The consumer chooses his country and the bank with which he wishes to make the payment.

2.When the consumer is on the login page of the secure payment form, he logs in with his online banking details.

3.The consumer confirms the transfer with a pin code or a card reader.

4.The consumer receives confirmation of the transfer and / or confirmation of the order from your online store.

Bank transfer

In case the customer prefers to make the payment after registering his order, the option of bank transfer is available so that he can pay for the order later. Sending the package will only be possible once the transfer has been made and after having obtained confirmation from our bank that the amount is available on our account.

It is strongly recommended to indicate the reference order number on the bank transfer and to send proof of payment to our Customer Service so that the identification of the payment and the processing of the order are faster.

Any bank charges claimed by the customer's bank are at his expense.

The products are put on hold for 6 days. If payment has not been received by Euromobi during this period of time, the order will be automatically canceled.
