Shipping your order
For Belgium, FREE delivery for all orders over €2,750 net excluding VAT.
Goods are generally dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment and reach the end customer within 3 working days for Belgium and within 5 to 10 working days for France, Luxembourg, Holland, Germany, etc....
Please note that two addresses, even 500 metres apart, will give rise to 2 invoices!
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and delivery costs. Goods shipped on pallets are shipped on "non-returnable pallets" (without deposit). Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight / bulk of the shipment and the destination postcode. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them.
The packaging used to transport the goods is suitable and guarantees their condition until they are received.
Any damage must be noted on receipt, in the presence of the driver, and added to his journey log. A copy must be sent to us within 48 hours. Damaged goods will be returned to you free of charge or reimbursed, at your discretion.
For all orders requiring pallet transport, access and parking must be possible for a "semi-trailer" type lorry. Delivery is made on the pavement.
Further information:
We work with international carriers. Drivers are subject to driving time regulations.
In principle, goods travel "door-to-door". However, in certain regions, final transport may be subcontracted.
All trucks are equipped with a tail lift and a pallet truck.
Unless specifically requested, side unloading is not possible.
Goods are unloaded onto non-returnable pallets or onto trolleys close to the truck.
Drivers do not unpack pallets. They do not take back packaging.
For insurance reasons, drivers are not allowed to put goods "in place".
They are normally understanding and will protect goods from rain/snow if possible.
Deliveries can be made Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00, including Fridays. If a delivery has to be made outside these hours (delays en route), the recipient's prior agreement will be requested.
In the event of a return, the organisation and transport costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.
- Deliveries within the time slots requested by the end customer
Either between 08:00 and 13:00 or between 13:00 and 17:00: €35.00 supplement
Or within a 2:00 time slot between 08:00 and 17:00: €60.00 supplement.
- Absence or delay of the customer at the place of delivery
The end customer is contacted by telephone by the driver or the dispatcher.
Either they authorise the driver to unload and the latter will take a photo of the goods.
Or they ask the driver to wait until they arrive.
The first 20 minutes on site are included in the transport costs.
Additional minutes will be billed to the customer.
- Impossible to unload
In this type of transport, goods are very often scheduled for collection at the end of the tour.
If, for reasons attributable to the recipient customer, the goods cannot be unloaded, the customer will be billed for the cost of the return shipment AND a second delivery.
- Accessibility of delivery sites
The customer guarantees that the delivery site is accessible to semi-trailers or lorries of 19T or more.
In Belgium, on prior request, the carrier is sometimes able to assign small lorries to a shipment. In this case, the delivery time may be longer.
- Cargo damage
Visible damage to the cargo MUST be mentioned on the CMR.
The words "subject to subsequent inspection" have no legal value.
In the event of visible damage, it is advisable to take a photo and inform EuroMobi or its representative as soon as possible.
After unpacking, any damage is the responsibility of EuroMobi or its representative.
